Salon Guidelines
Follow these guidelines to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience during your visit to our salon.
First visit
Angelique Aesthetics values safety and effective outcomes, so a consultation form specific to the booked treatment is required to provide therapists with the necessary information. During the appointment, therapists will discuss desired outcomes, offer alternative treatments if needed, and provide post-treatment care instructions. Subsequent bookings will include follow-up consultations to continue tailoring treatments to individual needs and ensure safety and efficacy.
Booking procedure
We want to ensure that our clients are able to schedule their preferred treatment times, which is why we offer multiple ways to book appointments. Bookings can be made through Fresha, or via email, phone, or social media messaging. Credit card details will be required at the time of reservation to secure your treatment selection.

Our appointments are reserved especially for you, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If less notice is given, we will charge a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. If you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment time or don't show up, we will charge the full treatment price, even if you're using a gift card or store credit.
Forms
Once securing your first booking, you will be requested to fill out two forms including a Client Consultation Form (one off) and a COVID 19 form.

To make sure that we can provide you with the maximum therapy time, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We adhere to a prompt appointment schedule as a courtesy to all of our guests, so if you arrive late, your treatment will still finish at the scheduled time, to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
Parking and location information
Angelique Aesthetics is located at 4/3 Alexander St, Avondale Heights VIC 3034, and we have street parking available. Please park on the street of Alexander St and walk down to the last building in the driveway, where you will find us. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
